The purpose of this research is to describe the procedure, validity, and practicality of the development of a fikih Teaching Module based on the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model at MTs Roudlotul Khuffadz. The research method used in this study is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a Fiqh teaching module based on Think Pair Share (TPS). The development model used in this research is the 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan. The results of expert validation of the material obtained a feasibility percentage of 70%, the design expert validation received 75%, while the language expert validation got 82%. Thus, it can be concluded that the fiqh teaching module based on the Think Pair Share (TPS) Learning Model developed by the researcher can be categorized as valid for use in learning. Based on the trial response from eighth-grade students, an average response percentage of 92% was obtained, so the teaching media based on the fiqh teaching module using the Think Pair Share (TPS) Learning Model is categorized as very practical for use in the learning process according to the students.
